Repairs, maintenance and minor works

Berneslai Homes has a requirement for sub-contractors to undertake repairs, maintenance, and minor works to compliment inhouse tradespeople operating within the boundary of the borough of Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The tender has been divided into 12 lots and contractors may apply for one or more lots.

1. Installation of kitchens
2. Installation of bathroom, wet rooms, and shower rooms
3. Joinery works
4. Roofing repair work (not new roofs)
5. Loft insulation
6. Plastering and damp proofing
7. Tiling
8. Brickwork
9. Painting and decorating including mould treatment
10. External wall insulation
11. External door installations
12. Roof replacement work

Presentation

Tenderers are invited to attend a presentation regarding an introduction to the tender and the clarification process at Construction Services, Berneslai Homes, Unit 2 Industry Road, Carlton, Barnsley, S71 3PQ on:

• Monday 10 July 12-1.30pm
• Tuesday 11 July 9-10.30am

Tenderers who would like to attend please email: procurement@berneslaihomes.co.uk and indicate which date you will attend.

These events aim to assist contractors understand the procurement process and requirements. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory and tender evaluation will not be affected by non-attendance.

All questions and answers will be shared after the events via YORtender, including the presentation document.
